is an Open Aged Tour for passengers over the age
of 6 years. Children between 6-18 must also be
accompanied by an adult. Children under the age

to sit out a hike if you feel like just relaxing

However, for most tours you will need the following:
towel, water bottle, flash light, small pillow
if camping, toiletries and items of a personal
nature, hat, sturdy walking shoes, sun screen,
camera and film, warm clothing for night time
in winter months and wet weather gear.
Note: For your convenience a ‘Safaris Survival
Kit’ will be available to purchase on tour from
your guide which includes a torch, travel pillow
and travel towel.

You will
be travelling in an air-conditioned four wheel drive vehicle
and exploring this extraordinary World Heritage area at a
relaxed pace with guide who really knows his or her stuff.
This is a camping tour.
We use
several established campsites throughout the Park to make
sure you get the best bush experience. Sleep in two person
tents on stretcher beds with mattresses, sleeping bags and
sheets provided. All campsites have toilets and hot showers.
Day
1: Darwin to Kakadu
After joining the tour at your accommodation and meeting
your guide and fellow travellers, we leave Darwin and head
out to Kakadu National Park. Our first adventure is a crocodile
spotting cruise. We stop for a visit at the Bark Hut
Inn and continue on into Kakadu. We cross the South Alligator
River before heading to Ubirr Rock where we see classic
examples of Aboriginal rock art and spectacular 360° views.
At the end of the day we travel to our campsite in Kakadu
and enjoy a hearty dinner. You may camp in our established
camp site (tour code SKL3), or take advantage of basic ‘hard
top’ accommodation (private facilities - tour code SKL3A).

Day
2: Kakadu
to Mt Bundy Station
After breakfast we will head out to explore one of the many
magnificent natural attractions in the National Park, dependent
on the season and weather conditions. You will have the opportunity
to swim in cool clear water, walk through bush tracks and
explore spectacular sandstone country. After lunch we travel
south out of the park into the historic mining area of Pine
Creek. This afternoon transfer to the Litchfield park
tour, and then travel to our campsite at Mt Bundy Station.
Either camp in our established campsite (SKL3) or take advantage
of basic ‘hard top’ accommodation (basic private room, share
bathroom - tour code SKL3A).

Day
3: Mt Bundy Station to Darwin via Litchfield National Park
This morning after breakfast we depart for Litchfield Park.
Litchfield is famous for its scenic beauty, waterfalls and
safe swimming. We visit Florence Falls, Wangi Falls
and Buley Rockholes and walk through beautiful rainforests.
On the way back to Darwin, we visit the township of Batchelor
and return back to Darwin.

observance of cultural traditions, therefore itineraries are

• Luggage:
Our vehicles have limited space therefore please keep luggage
to a minimum (i.e a small soft bag). Passengers travelling
on tours that include air transfers need to observe strict
luggage limitations
• Health:
Tours are to remote areas and there is quite a lot of hiking
involved. Passengers should be of reasonable health and fitness
and be carrying all required medication.
