our permanent camp or somewhere else, either option is a good
enjoyable experience. Once camp is set up we then cook up a
storm on the bbq or fire, dinner consists of quality meats such
as chops, steak, kangaroo, buffalo and fresh salads, we always
ensure there is a ‘regular’ meat and a ‘different’ meat to suit
everyone’s tastes. Common options are; lamb chops, salad and
a kangaroo stir fry; or chops, buffalo sausages and salads.
Vegetarians are also catered for. (Breakfast consists of cereals,
fruit and toast, lunches consist of quality cold meats, salad
and bread; there is always fruit and snacks available throughout
the day as well). |
