Booking
To confirm your reservation a 20% deposit per person is required.

Payment
Payment can be made using credit card (Visa; Mastercard; Bankcard); cheque or cash.
Full Payment is required 45 days prior to travel.
It is a condition of carriage that all monies are paid prior to Tour departure

Cancellation
Extended Tours
60 - 30 days prior to travel 5% Fee plus booking fee $200
30 Days to 14 days prior to travel 20% of Tour fare plus booking fee $200.
13 - 5 days 50% of tour fare. 5 Days or less no refunds.

Day Tours
No refunds within 24hrs of departure

Travel Insurance is not included.
We strongly recommend that passengers arrange their own travel insurance

Conditions of Travel
" Ossies Outback 4WD Tours enjoys the opportunity to show visitors the vast, remote, quiet and unknown Outback. Therefore itineraries may vary according to road/weather/safety conditions or mechanical defect.
" We strive to depart & arrive according to schedule but by the nature of 4WD Touring this cannot be guaranteed. Any expense or inconvenience is the responsibility of the passenger
" Minimum of 4 pax required for departure unless otherwise stated or pre arranged
" When joining an 'Ossies Outback 4WD Tour 'you need a sense of adventure and a reasonable level of fitness
" Passengers must notify any special requirements e.g medical ; dietary at time of booking. It is the passengers responsibility to carry any required supplies
" To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front & window seats a daily rotation system is employed
" Camping Tours require customer participation with the everyday chores to enhance Tour format and enjoyment for all
" Smoking & eating inside the Tour Vehicle is not permitted

Luggage Allowance
One small - medium size bag (no cases) plus a Day pack

Clothing and what to bring
" Casual, comfortable clothing.
" Good walking shoes
" Water Bottle; Hat; Sunscreen.
" Personal items
" Baby Wipes - Large and thick. Large pack. (Camping Expeditions only)
" Warm sleeping gear is essential for the months May through to end of August (Camping Tours)
" Jacket & Jumper also required during these months - also for September
" BYO alchohol for non camping tours
"We supply cask wine with Evening Meals. BYO alchohol is permitted and we will carry it for you. (This applies to camping Tours only)
" Torch (Camping Tours)

Flora,Fauna,Birds
Due to the nature of Australian Birds; wildlife & flora and their relationship with environmental/seasonal conditions we cannot guarantee particular sightings.
Passengers must be prepared for early rises or later arrivals in order to see nature at its best. It is the aim of the company to maximise the enjoyment potential of the journey & experience, though this cannot be guaranteed.

CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The owners and staff welcome you to Alice Springs and our 4WD Tours. This Indemnity Form requires your signature to acknowledge that we travel in the outback areas surrounding Alice Springs & Central Australia. We maintain a high professional standard but when operating in the outbck circumstances may occur that are beyond our control,. We do our utmost to prevent accidents and injuries. Prior to each Tour instructions on Tour procedures are given. Itineraries may change according to weather; road & safety conditions. Your Signature will indemnify the staff & Directors of Ossie's Backpackers Pty Ltd ABN 80059134100 from all losses, damages, costs, claims, suits and demands arising from said:

1. Injury or death encountered during the Tour

2.Damage or loss of personal property.

It is the customers responsibility to follow the directions of the Tour Leader.
