The inflation of the balloons is a majestic sight!

Balloon is ready for lift off. Passengers climb aboard as
sun's first rays lighten the sky. We are ready for lift
off! The views below are breathtaking! Enjoy sightings of
kangaroos and other wildlife while pilot offers commentary
on the area.

Back on terra firma! Balloon is packed away. (Flying time
varies depending on the day)
- 7.00am
Arrive at Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge for breakfast. Breakfast
is a time of celebration, feasting, relaxation and leisure.
Time to chat with the crew and meet other guests. Breakfast
typically includes chicken drumsticks, juice, tea &
coffee, croissants, bread & condiments, freshly baked
muffins and of course champagne.

Climb aboard coaches for return to accommodation or transfer
to other tours/airport. Time to wind down.

Arrive back in Alice Springs or join one of our fully inclusive
package tours!

June (winter) times are approximately 1 hour later (pickups
from 5am).
Inclusions
All tours include return transfers from Alice Springs accommodation,
a traditional balloonists breakfast & a flight certificate.
Weather
Conditions
Should the ballooning be cancelled due to adverse weather
conditions, we will endeavor to rebook the passengers for
another date that suits their schedule. Sometimes this is
not possible, therefore the passengers are entitled to a full
refund.
Cancellation
Policy
Clients who cancel their ballooning tour within 24 of departure
will not be given a refund. Clients who are a "no show" on
the morning of the tour will not be given a refund. Clients
who suffer "cold feet" on the launch field will not be given
a refund. Where circumstances are beyond a client's control,
please contact our office immediately.
