ITINERARY:
An introduction to the area for those short on time. Visit
Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) and see Uluru (Ayers Rock) at sunset
and sunrise. You will have the opportunity to climb the Rock
or take a base tour. |

Kata
Tjuta (the Olgas)
This afternoon join your tour at Ayers Rock Resort and explore
Kata Tjuta National Park. View the Olgas, a unique
rock formation of many large domes that is sacred to the
local Aboriginal people. Explore Walpa Gorge and
then watch the sunset at Uluru while enjoying a complimentary
glass of wine. Accommodation:
Ayers Rock Resort – Outback Pioneer Hotel or permanent tent

2. |
Uluru
(Ayers Rock)
Early departure to view the splendour of the desert sunrise
within Uluru and Kata-Tjuta National Park. A light breakfast
will be served by your guide while you are taking in the
spectacular surroundings. You may like to climb to the top
of the monolith or enjoy a guided walk and learn of the
Aboriginal mythology surrounding this mystical place. Continue
on a guided base tour around Uluru before visiting
the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. Return
to Ayers Rock Resort at midday where your tour concludes.

will need: Small bag (due to space limitations), sunscreen,
hat, personal requisites, camera with plenty of film, comfortable,
sturdy, non-slip walking shoes, insect repellent and a small
water bottle. Lunches and dinners are at the passengers
own expense.
Luggage
Restriction: One medium soft bag or suitcase not exceeding
12kg in weight plus one day pack which can be carried on
board. If your luggage exceeds this limit, we ask that you
make alternative arrangements for the excess to be forwarded
to the termination point of your tour.
Special
note: This tour is suitable for most ages, however a
reasonable level of fitness as there is some walking and
climbing required in Central Australia. All travellers should
be encouraged to have adequate travel insurance.

these circumstances and no refunds will be given to clients.
