40,000 years of Aboriginal Art work in the numerous rock
shelters. Kakadu is enormous, it is the largest National
Park in Australia and is as large as Wales, UK and twice
as big as Yellow Stone National park USA. Whether you only
have 1 day or more, remember WE GREW UP HERE! We came here
long before this land became a National park and we still
come here everyday. We work and play in this magnificent

Aussie
operates a range of small group, soft adventure tours into
Kakadu National Park with the choice of 1,2, 3 or 4 Day
Tours. You have the option of Tented or Hotel accommodation
in Kakadu. Our Tent cabin accommodation is situated close
to Gagudju Lodge Cooinda, large, permanent fabric cabins
with real beds and bed linen supplied. Budget is a basic
room with two beds with bathrooms a short distance away.
Hotel is 3 star accommodation at Gagudju Lodge Cooinda with
own facilities. Choose from a 1 or 2 Day Tour of Kakadu
or a 3 Day Kakadu with the magnificent Jim Jim and Twin
Falls or a 3 Day Kakadu with Arnhemland or maybe the 4 Day
with Kakadu/Jim Jim/Twin Falls and Arnhemland.

4WD KAKADU CAMPING SAFARI - This hands on safari style camping
tour is operated with a maximum group size of 7 passengers
and explores some of the more remote areas of Kakadu National
Park, with experienced and knowledgeable guides. A great

DAY KAKADU 4WD SAFARI - AAH3C - Visit the Aboriginal Land
of Hawk Dreaming
Tour operates May to October - This tour is conducted
entirely by 4WD - forward facing seats and departs Darwin
on a daily basis. Includes all meals, camping equipment and
Yellow Water Billabong Cruise. Small group tours with a maximum
of 7 passengers per tour. Visit the Aboriginal Land of Hawk
Dreaming with special permission of the traditional custodians.
This tour is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
This
is a superb small group safari style camping tour, which
visits a wide range of environments at the ideal times of
day for a true appreciation of this magnificent area. With
special permission from the traditional custodians, we have
been granted exclusive overnight access to the Aboriginal
land of Hawk Dreaming. This area abounds with many examples
of ancient rock art and occupation sites and, with the guidance
and permission of the traditional owner of Hawk Dreaming,
our guides will introduce you to this special place. With
a maximum group size of only six people, you receive truly
personalised service. We use deluxe airconditioned 4WD vehicles
with forward facing seating for your comfort. All meals
are included and our quality camping equipment includes
easy to erect dome tents with comfortable mattresses and
sleeping bags..

DAY KAKADU COMPLETE- TENT OR HOTEL - AKA4
Turning off the Stuart Highway, we travel along the Arnhem
Highway passing the major river systems and wetland regions
into Kakadu National Park. After crossing the South Alligator
River we begin to explore the World Heritage Area of Ubirr
Rock where we climb up through the ancient Aboriginal rock
art galleries to the lookout for the famous view over surrounding
wetlands. We then visit the Bowali Centre with informative
displays, and continue to Cooinda to join Kakadu's fabled
Yellow Waters Wetland Cruise to experience the beauty of the
Kakadu wetlands and this 4WD tour will
visit Mikinj Valley, a superbly scenic area
of sandstone outcrops and escarpments, forest, floodplains
and billabongs. This is an area where Aboriginals have lived
for thousands of years and by arrangement with an co-operation
of the Manilakarr people, this unique tour will allow you
to see places inaccessible to most.

Litchfield
National Park encompasses a sandstone plateau that feeds
the large number of waterfalls and creeks that flow year
round. This abundance of water has created a lush environment
featuring paperbark and monsoon forests, and supports a
high diversity of plants and animals. The region abounds
with unusual rock formations and breathtaking scenery. Our

to see the major waterfalls of the park along with some
