Day 1: Uluru (Ayers Rock) -
Kata Tjuta (the Olgas)
On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport (flight to
arrive prior to 1.00pm) we transfer you to your
hotel. This afternoon tour to Kata Tjuta,
making a photographic stop along the way. Take
a walk into Walpa Gorge. Travel to the Uluru
sunset viewing area to see the sun's rays fall
on Uluru whilst enjoying nibbles and
a glass of wine.
Accommodation: Ayers Rock Resort - choice of
accommodation.
On Day 1 there is the option to upgrade from
the afternoon Kata Tjuta and Uluru
Sunset Tour (Y13) to the Kata Tjuta Valley
of the Winds Walk, Kata Tjuta Sunset
and Barbecue Dinner Tour (Y14), at an extra
cost. See page 17 for itinerary details.
Day 2: Uluru (Ayers Rock)
This morning there is the option to do the
Uluru Sunrise, Climb and Base Tour (Y18)
or for the non-climbers, the Uluru Sunrise
and Guided Cultural Base Walk (Y41). See page
15 for more itinerary details. Travel to Alice
Springs .

Day 3: Aboriginal Culture - Alice Springs
Meet members of the local Aboriginal community for an entertaining
and educational experience. We will then tour
Alice Springs , visiting the School of the Air,
the historic Telegraph Station, the Royal Flying
Doctor Service and the Alice Springs Reptile
Centre. We also take in the view of the town
from Anzac Hill.
Day 4: Depart Alice Springs
The morning is at your leisure before your
transfer to the airport or railway station
(flight/train not included).
