Day 1 Sat: Arrive Ayers Rock
On arrival at Ayers Rock you will be transferred
to your hotel. This evening enjoy a glass of
wine and nibbles as you watch sunset over Uluru.

Day 2: Uluru (Ayers Rock) - Kata Tjuta
(the Olgas)
This morning you may wish to join an early tour
to view sunrise over Uluru. Walk into Mutitjulu
Waterhole and stop at the Uluru - Kata Tjuta
Cultural Centre. Visit Kata Tjuta and walk into
Walpa Gorge. Enjoy sunset with a glass of sparkling
wine, followed by a delicious barbecue dinner

Day 3: Kings Canyon
Travel to Kings Canyon today. For the energetic,
a guided climb to the Canyon rim will be rewarded
with views of Watarrka National Park. Accommodation:

Day 4: Alice Springs
Leaving Watarrka National Park behind, we travel
through to Alice Springs. See the sights of
Alice Springs, including the Royal Flying Doctor
Service, School of the Air and the Telegraph
Station. Stop for panoramic views from Anzac
Hill. Accommodation: Alice Springs Resort, 2

Day 5: Aboriginal Culture - Alice Springs
Desert Park
Spend time with a local Aboriginal guide on
an Aboriginal Cultural Tour. This afternoon
we travel to Standley Chasm, Simpsons Gap and
visit the Alice Springs Desert Park. (B)
Day 6: Alice Springs - Tennant Creek
Travelling north we stop at Karlu Karlu (Devils
Marbles). On arrival in Tennant Creek we join
a tour of the historic Battery Hill Precinct.
Tour an underground mine and enjoy a delicious

Day 7: Mataranka - Katherine
Visit the historic Daly Waters Hotel. Stop at
the tropical oasis of Mataranka. Accommodation:

Day 8 Sat: Katherine Gorge - Kakadu
We join our local guide on an early morning
cruise through Katherine Gorge. Visit the Nitmiluk
Visitor Centre and then continue deep into Kakadu
National Park. Join an afternoon cruise on Yellow

Day 9: Kakadu - Darwin
Travel to Ubirr and climb to the top of this
rocky outcrop for rewarding views. We stop at
Bowali Visitor Centre. This afternoon travel

Day 10: Litchfield National Park
This morning we travel to Litchfield National
Park to see beautiful Florence Falls, Wangi

Day 12: Darwin - Katherine
Head south towards Katherine. Stop at the Adelaide
River War Cemetery. This afternoon enjoy a cruise
through spectacular Katherine Gorge. Accommodation:

Day 13: Ord River Cruise
Travel to mighty Lake Argyle. Cruise on the
placid waters of the Ord River to Kununurra.

Valley National Park and visit Kelly's Knob

See the bird life and learn about traditional
lifestyles. Continue to Wyndham to the 5 Rivers
Lookout. Visit Warriu Park to see Dreamtime

Cruise through Chamberlain Gorge, abounded by
tropical vegetation. At Emma Gorge Resort there
is time to sit by the pool or to hike into Emma

Day 17: Argyle Diamond Mine
Today visit the Argyle Diamond Mine for a guided
tour. Continue to Halls Creek.
