ITINERARY OF THIS TOUR

Day 1:

Full Day. Depart: 60 mins prior to sunrise. Admire the brilliant display of colour as the sun rises over Uluru (Ayers Rock). Visit Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre and learn of the culture and law of the Anangu people, the park's custodians. After a breakfast (included), hear legends of Liru Tjukurpa (Python Dreaming). Then join the Liru Walk and witness a demonstration of traditional bush skills. Enjoy time at leisure before joining your APT Kata Tjuta (Olgas) Tour. View the immense scale of these 36 domes, thought to have once been a single rock many times the size of Uluru. Take a guided walk into Olga Gorge (Walpa Gorge) and marvel at the sheer walls, fascinating fauna and rare flora. Later, enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the ever-changing colours of Uluru at sunset. (B)
