              Travel Insurance is highly recommended:

1 out of 5: Leisurely paced day trips. Minimal physical exertion
              required.

get your heart rate up and extended periods in the elements.

and some long (and challenging) walks. A high level of fitness required.
5 out of 5: The hardest of the hardcore. Long trips to remote destinations
with limited facilities. Excellent health and fitness is essential.

What fitness level is required? A real spirit of adventure and
a medium level of fitness is required.
2 and 3 Day - There is a lot to see over the 2 or 3 days and this
tour can be fast paced at times. It is important to note that Central
Australia experiences extreme weather conditions during summer.
Participation is required for passengers on our camping tours for
things such as meal preparation and firewood collection (as requested
              by the guide).
